Shipping Information

• United States: $9.99 Standard Shipping (5–10 business days). Free Shipping on orders $75+.
• Canada: $14.99 Standard International Shipping (10–15 business days).
• Rest of World: $19.99 Standard International Shipping (10–20 business days).

Please note: Processing time is 1–3 business days. Some regions may have limited availability — if your address is not supported, you’ll be notified at checkout.

If you purchased insurance and your item is lost, damaged, or stolen, you must follow the insurance Policy and Procedures for all claims. This method is highly encouraged for all purchases.

If you did not purchase Insurance:

Unfortunately, damages during shipping do occur. We do our best to ensure our items are packed effectively to avoid damages, but once it leaves our shop, we cannot control what may happen. If for some reason you notice damage to the outside of the box upon delivery, please take pictures of the damage, as well as the packing inside the box as you open it and any damage to the items. All of those pictures will be needed to file a claim with USPS and we cannot move forward without them. Please contact akeepersjourney@gmail.com with those images as well as any and all pictures you may have taken and please include your name, tracking number, and order number in the email with a description of damages.

Although the additional insurance is designed to cover the total cost of the item, the shipping carrier ultimately has the final say.
